Clean, great value hotel, the location was good not far from a very nice area with trees and very fresh air, Harris Malang, and the restaurant for dinner. The food was excellent with a lot of options. The breakfast was large, the check in was speedy.

The rooms are tidy with great facilities, including a kingsize bed and a balcony, and there's a fantastic pool available.

We had a wonderful time at a resort in a quiet green location with a large swimming pool for the kids. The hotel even provided airport pickup. The staff made us feel like family, providing great service throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

It was easy to navigate around the hotel, even for someone like me with limited mobility.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and considerate towards our needs. Sometimes, the children working there seemed to be a bit distracted and could have been more helpful in ensuring our comfort and enjoyment during our stay.
